Terms of Use - Pilot & Beta Access

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the Futforce platform, including the FORA AI assistant, during pilot, beta, design partner, or evaluation programs (“Pilot Program”). By accessing the platform, the user (“User”) and their organization (“Customer”) agree to the following:


1. Purpose of Access

The Futforce platform is provided solely for:

  • internal evaluation,

  • testing features,

  • providing feedback, and

  • participating in the Pilot Program.

It is not intended for production, mission-critical, or commercial use during the pilot period.


2. Temporary License

Futforce grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform at no cost during the Pilot Program.

Futforce may modify, suspend, or terminate access at any time.


3. Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

  • use the platform only for authorized internal testing,

  • not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or copy the platform,

  • not upload harmful, illegal, or sensitive data unnecessarily,

  • comply with all applicable laws and company policies.


4. Data & Privacy

During the Pilot Program, Futforce may collect:

  • usage analytics,

  • performance metrics,

  • anonymized interaction patterns,

  • crash reports and telemetry.

Futforce will not:

  • train AI models using customer-identifying data,

  • store customer proprietary content without consent,

  • share customer data with external parties.

All data remains property of the Customer.


5. Confidentiality

All platform features, documentation, designs, screenshots, and behavior are confidential and may not be shared externally without written approval from Futforce.

6. No Warranty – Beta Software

The platform is provided “AS IS”, without any warranties, including:

  • uptime,

  • performance,

  • security,

  • accuracy,

  • availability.

The platform may contain bugs, incomplete features, or experimental behavior.


7. No SLA or Support Commitment

During the Pilot Program, Futforce does not guarantee:

  • technical support response times,

  • system availability,

  • data retention,

  • issue resolution.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis.


8. Feedback & Improvements

Customer agrees that:

  • feedback shared with Futforce may be used to improve the platform,

  • anonymized and aggregated insights may be used in product decisions,

  • optional permission will be requested before using quotes, testimonials, or case studies.


9. Term & Termination

These Terms remain in effect until:

  • the Pilot Program ends, or

  • Futforce revokes access, or

  • Customer chooses to discontinue use.

Upon termination:

  • access may be immediately disabled,

  • data may be deleted according to Futforce’s retention policies.


10. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Futforce is not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform during the Pilot Program, including lost profits, downtime, business interruption, or data loss.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by United States LAw. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Houston, Texas, United States of America., unless otherwise agreed.


12. Acceptance

By logging into the platform, the User and the Customer acknowledge and accept these Terms.
