Futforce is an enterprise employee experience platform used by organizations to improve internal communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
The Futforce platform may include features such as:
Social – a social feed where users can share posts, updates, and internal company content
Company Hub – quick access links to internal tools, documentation, and organizational resources
Fora AI Assistant – an AI-powered assistant that helps users search organizational knowledge and retrieve information
This Privacy Policy explains how data may be processed when using the Futforce platform.
The Futforce platform is designed only for users belonging to organizations that are Futforce clients.
Access to the platform requires:
• an active company account
• user authentication associated with the organization
• approval or provisioning by the organization’s administrator
Users cannot self-register for the platform and cannot access the application unless they belong to an authorized organization.
Each organization operates within its own isolated environment (tenant) within the Futforce platform.
When using the platform, users may voluntarily submit information through features such as:
Social Posts
Users may create posts, share updates, comment, or upload content related to company discussions or announcements.
Fora AI
Users may ask questions, participate in discussions, and interact with knowledge resources or documentation provided by their organization.
Internal Communications
Users may submit messages, comments, or other collaborative content within the platform.
Company Hub
Users may access links or resources configured by their organization that point to internal tools, documentation, or external systems.
All content submitted by users is visible according to the permissions configured by their organization.
Futforce may provide Fora, an AI-powered assistant designed to help users retrieve information from organizational knowledge bases and documentation.
When a user interacts with Fora, the platform may process:
• the text or question submitted by the user
• relevant contextual information required to generate a response
• limited technical metadata required to securely process the request
To generate responses, certain AI requests may be processed using Google Vertex AI and Gemini AI services.
This means that the prompt or question submitted by the user may be transmitted to Google Gemini for processing in order to generate a response.
Google processes this information only for the purpose of generating the response requested by the user.
Futforce requires that all third-party service providers maintain data protection standards equal to or greater than those applied by Futforce.
The Futforce platform is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Security safeguards include:
• encrypted communication using secure protocols
• secure cloud infrastructure
• controlled access permissions
• monitoring and logging of system activity
• security and reliability controls applied across the platform
These safeguards are designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organizational data.
Information processed within the Futforce platform may be used to:
• enable internal communication and collaboration
• allow users to post and participate in Futforce discussions
• support forum discussions and knowledge sharing
• provide access to Company Hub resources and internal tools
• generate responses through the Fora AI assistant
• maintain system performance, security, and reliability
Futforce does not sell personal data and does not use platform data for advertising or marketing profiling.
Before accessing the Futforce platform, users are presented with this Privacy Policy.
By selecting “Agree and Continue”, the user acknowledges and agrees that:
• information submitted through the platform may be processed as described in this policy
• content posted in Futforce or forums may be visible to other authorized users within their organization
• questions submitted to the Fora AI assistant may be processed using Google Vertex AI and Gemini AI services
• data processing may occur on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure
Users who do not agree with this policy should not proceed with using the application.
Use of the Fora AI assistant is optional.
Users may continue to use other features of the Futforce platform without interacting with AI-powered functionality.
